My love for psychology and working with people led me to Codemancy and the role of HR assistant. I do my best to make every day work easier for my colleagues and to make sure they always know where to find me if they need anything (second floor, desk 2).

As part of my HR responsibilities, I make sure that daily processes in the company run smoothly. In short, this includes organizing workshops, onboarding new colleagues, handling administration, communicating with candidates, managing surveys, as well as preparing materials and maintaining documentation.

I genuinely enjoy working with people. I like to listen and help, and I truly believe that everything can be resolved through conversation. That everyday communication and sense of connection are what make my job special.

Outside of work, sports play an important role in my life. Volleyball is my first love, and I believe it has taught me discipline, responsibility, and teamwork – qualities I’m happy to bring into my professional life as well.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering whenever I have the chance, and for a full reset, I usually go for a good TV series.
